Compost time!
At Millbrook, we’re loving growing this Spring. It’s already February and Spring is just around the corner. Gardeners everywhere are looking forward to some early warmth to get growing again.  As Gardening Buyer, I'm stocking up the Millbrook Garden Centres with everything you need to get growing - including lots of compost!

Once you have chosen what to grow, the next thing you will need is compost! But it's too early for compost I hear you say! Not really . . . it’s always useful to have a bag or two of compost handy. At this time of year you might be using it for your seed potatoes, for potting on seedlings and cuttings and for planting out the colourful winter primroses that are in the centres now. Personally I will also be stocking up on compost in February to use later on when the weather warms up a bit. It stores well in the shed and we use it all over the garden for cuttings, pots and baskets and planting throughout the season.

To help our Millbrook family members get growing, during February we are running our buy one get one free offer on our most popular compost; Levington Multi Purpose with added John Innes (just £5.99 per 50litre bag).

Whatever you buy it for, Levington Multi Purpost Compost is a great all round compost that never disappoints.

As I write this, I can see the lorry loads of compost rolling in to the Garden Centres. This year I have ordered over 5000 bags to try and satisfy demand for this increasingly popular offer - so don’t miss the chance to buy at a great price during February.

Happy digging!

Mike

Hello Carole, fair point!  I have added it here now but it was on the offer detail that you would have got if you clicked on the link.  Just £5.99 a bag - sorry it wasn't clear!

Compost at buy one get one free is a good offer. A shame the price is not advertised
