We currently employ approximately 125 staff and offer a wide variety of full, part time and weekend opportunities within:

• Our garden centres at Crowborough, East Sussex and Southfleet, near Gravesend in Kent.
• Our Production Nursery in Crowborough where we grow a large proportion of the plants we sell.
• Our Landscaping Division designing and building gardens of all sizes as well as installing swimming pools.
• Our large in house restaurant at Southfleet and small, friendly coffee shop at Crowborough.

If you were to join Millbrook you would receive a thorough induction to the company and your new role within it. You would also have an annual appraisal and 6 month review, where you would be given the opportunity to discuss your progress, future objectives and training needs with your manager.
