Not only are our hardy plants covered by our Guaranteed to Grow 2 year guarantee, but many of our plants are grown and nurtured at our own nursery in Crowborough. This enables us not only to provide you with plants of the very highest quality but at great value for money too.

However, where it is not possible to grow our own stock, or to supplement supplies during the peak seasons, Millbrook will always endeavour to source plants from local suppliers. By purchasing our home-grown products you will not only be supporting local business but you will also be helping us with our continuing environmental campaign to reduce plant miles and waste materials from our centres. In line with Millbrook’s environmental policy, the nursery is committed to environmentally friendly practices. After completing extensive trials of various peat free compost, we have selected a great peat free growing medium and more and more of our plants will be lovingly grown in peat-free compost.

New for 2012, the Millbrook nursery are proud to introduce the Millbrook Plant Collections. These are specially selected collections of plants bringing together a wide range of species within each particular collection. The Plant Collections are lovingly grown and nurtured at the nursery so you can be sure of the best quality and variety. Starting with the early Lavender collection in March, look out for other Millbrook Plant Collections throughout the year.
