Established in 1997 by Edward Perry and Dale Penfold, COOK is a very friendly, privately owned family business comprising 20 shops, an online ordering service, an extraordinary kitchen in Sittingbourne and almost 200 people dedicated to making and selling the finest meals, cakes and puddings.
The mission COOK started with 10 years ago
To produce meals, cakes and puddings using the same ingredients and techniques that a really good cook would use at home to ensure that everything looks homemade and tastes homemade - still holds true today.
Made with only the best quality produce and without any artificial ingredients COOK food is flash frozen which means that all the flavour is rapidly sealed into the product so that when it’s defrosted it tastes as if its just been cooked.
