Description

Simply place the Outback pizza stone (flat side up) onto the unheated barbecue (Caution: Never put cold pizza stone into hot oven as this can cause the stone to crack). Turn all burners up to maximum heat until temperature reaches around 260 degrees Celsius (500 Fahrenheit). Place pizza onto the stone, cooking time approximately 5-10 minutes. Let the barbecue and pizza stone cool down before removing.
