Working Days/Hours
Position Ref: TM4
- Monday 8:50 - 5, Saturday 8:50 - 5
Your Role Will Include:
- Preparing and presenting a variety of pastries and baked goods to a consistently high standard
- Following recipes accurately to ensure quality and consistency
- Supporting timely food production and service delivery
- Monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock control
- Helping to achieve sales, margin, and cost control targets
- Maintaining attractive displays to drive customer interest and sales
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create a positive and efficient working environment
Compliance & Food Safety:
- Adhering to all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations, including HACCP procedures
- Maintaining accurate records in line with Environmental Health and Trading Standards requirements
- Participating in internal audits and ensuring full compliance with legislation and company policies
- Upholding company standards for uniform and personal presentation

This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen environment. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in pastry or bakery preparation (professional or high-quality home baking)
- Detail-oriented with a passion for presentation and consistency
- Organised and efficient, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- A team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude
- Committed to food safety and high standards of cleanliness
