Flexible Hours Garden Centre Assistant - Plant Area Staplehurst
Calling all keen gardeners. Join us and help bring a smile to our customers, being part of our Plant Area team at our Staplehurst Garden Centre.
Purpose of role: Assisting customers in our busy plant area, creating inspirational displays, ensuring excellent standards of service, plant maintenance and delivering Millbrook standards at all times.
Hours: We have a number of permanent full time and part time vacancies available.
We can be flexible in hours offered. Shifts will be at least 4 hours and must include at least one weekend day every other weekend.
Our opening hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on Sundays.

What we are looking for:
Working in retail can be physically demanding, with some heavy lifting required and you will be on your feet throughout your shift. The successful applicant will:
- Have good plant knowledge and a passion for gardening. Additional training will be provided.
- Preferably have previous experience in a retail environment.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be well organised and take pride in a job well done, with a keen eye for detail.
- Have a flexible and proactive approach to meet the demands of the role.
