Hospitality Assistant - Front of House - Gravesend

Are you passionate about great food and excellent customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team at the popular Mill Restaurant, where no two days are the same!

As a valued team member, you’ll be involved in:

• Preparing and serving delicious food and barista-style coffee
• Operating the tills and handling customer transactions
• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Supporting the wash-up area as needed

Available Roles & Hours:

We have five part-time roles available. Please indicate which role(s) you are applying for in your application:

1. Saturday | 10:00 – 16:00 | 5 hrs 45 mins (15 min break)
2. Saturday | 11:00 – 15:00 | 4 hrs (no break)
3. Sunday | 09:00 – 13:00 | 4 hrs (no break)
4. Sunday | 10:30 – 16:30 | 5 hrs 45 mins (15 min break)
5. 26 hrs/week
   • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat (08:50 – 17:00), Sun (09:20 – 16:30)
   • Week 2: Tue, Thu, Fri (08:50 – 17:00)
     (30 min break each day)

These are active, fast-paced roles that require you to be on your feet throughout your shift. We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Experienced in a busy catering environment (preferred but not essential)
• Eager to learn and deliver consistently high-quality food and service
• Excellent communicators with a positive, can-do attitude
