Working Days/Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday
08:00 – 16:00 (with a 45-minute break) Total weekly hours: 21hours 45minutes

About the Role:

As a Food Hall & Butchers Counter Assistant, you’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll help keep our Food Hall and Butchers Counter running smoothly, safely, and looking fantastic – all while offering a warm welcome and expert advice to our visitors.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Supporting the smooth and safe running of the Food Hall and Butchers Counter
  • Ensuring stock is rotated and labelled correctly to maintain freshness and safety
  • Following food safety policies to the highest standards
  • Providing top-notch customer service with a smile
  • Proactively engaging with customers to boost sales
  • Presenting and selling high-quality meat products in a clean, hygienic environment
  • Being a proud ambassador for Millbrook and contributing to our continued success

What We’re Looking For:

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be on your feet and part of a buzzing team. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a similar food or catering role (a bonus, but not essential!)
  • Eager to learn and grow new skills
  • A great communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about quality food
  • A proactive team player who takes pride in their work
  • Must be over 18 due to some machinery you will have to handle.
