Charrington Fruit Farms, Saturday 8th November & Friday 12th December, 11am - 3pm
The Charrington family have been creating delicious apples and ciders on their Matfield farm since 1964. Now run by the second generation, they’re still guided by the ethos “make every apple count.” Each year, 8–10 million apples are hand-picked and lovingly turned into award-winning apple juices, craft ciders and apple crisps - all grown, pressed and fermented on their farm. Charrington’s light, refreshing craft cider makes a great alternative to sparkling wine.

Fiona Cairns Cakes, Saturday 22nd November, 11am - 3pm
Fiona Cairns’ small-batch, hand-made cakes are the perfect sweet gift or party treat this winter. Based in the Leicestershire countryside, Fiona and her team have been creating beautiful cakes and bakes for over 40 years, using traditional recipes and the finest ingredients. They’ve even crafted celebration cakes for the Royal Family!

Staplehurst-based Curd & Cure supply delicious cheeses, charcuterie and artisan foods. They also work with Maidstone Council and Time for the Homeless to reduce food waste by donating surplus stock to local charities. Based in Sittingbourne, COOK’s award-winning frozen meals are made by hand in Kent.
