Full Time or Part Time Plant Area Supervisor - Staplehurst

Hours: please specify clearly on your application which hours you are applying for

Either:

Full time - working a 2 week rota, Mon 8.50am - 5pm, Tuesday/Wednesday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday/Saturday 8.50am to 5.00pm and Sunday 9.20am - 4.30pm. 

Part time - Working a 2 week rota - Week 1 Monday/Tuesday 10.00 to 3.00pm and Sunday 10.00am to 4.00pm, Week 2 Wednesday to Saturday 10.00 to 3.00pm.

The successful applicants will be:

• experienced working in a similar role or be ready to take the next step up. 

• a good communicator who can keep the team interested, informed, involved and inspired. 

• keen to use their horticultural knowledge to share a passion for plants and gardens, advising our customers 

• ideally worked in a supervisory position previously, although training will be provided in exchange for great plant knowledge
